This one is a double-column elevation welding positioner, a customized model with the 1.1 ton loading capacity.
This type of positioner is suitable for the welding of rectangular structural parts of engineering machinery such as the rear frame of loaders and roller frames. Its main feature is that the motor at one end of the head column drives the working device to run in one rotation direction. The other tail column follows the active end. The columns on both sides can be designed to be liftable to accommodate products of different specifications. It can adjust the workpiece position and make it easlier for welding through taking the workpiece revolve, lift up and down together.
