H-welding always provide high quality products, suitable recommendation, good after-service and professional technical guide for H-welding customers.

H-wedling will perform working condition test before delivery and also take videos for H-welding customer to ensure the equipment are in good condition.

Production process: Engineers customize individual solutions for customers based on the shape and weight of the workpiece according to production requirements. After the plan is confirmed, the production notice will be issued, and the production manager will arrange the production time according to the order sequence and delivery time. At the same time, the procurement specialist will purchase the purchased parts according to the purchase list.

The cutting staff cuts and processes the steel plate according to the design drawings. The finished materials are processed by milling, grinding, numerical control, EDM, fitter, external grinding, electric welding and other processes, and then undergo quenching, quenching and tempering, surface treatment and other outsourced processing procedures, and finally return to the production workshop by intelligent welders Assembly, painting and plastic spraying etc. Every production step is inspected by inspectors who are responsible for quality inspection, and rework if it fails to meet the requirements to ensure product quality. After the production is completed, the debugger will carry out the commissioning and operation, or arrange a specialist for acceptance according to the customer's needs. Let customers rest assured and at ease.

Based on the demand for high-quality welding at home and abroad and the trend of automated production operations, H-WELDING designed and launched robotic automated welding, and took it as a feature of H-WELDING and a strategic project for long-term development.

According to the customer's production needs and site arrangement, experienced engineers will be responsible for designing automation solutions together with technical staff. From scheme design, cutting production, robot installation and commissioning, software development and compilation to follow-up technical personnel training and guidance to the customer's operators, H-WELDING is fully responsible.

During the production period, sales and technical personnel maintain communication with customers, so that customers can keep abreast of production progress, participate in production, and provide customers with one-stop visual fine service.
