1. Obey the welder safety operation rules.
2. To prevent the workpiece from damaging the fixture, please check whether the round pressing plate has been taken out and returned to position before installing and disassembling the workpiece.
3. To prevent the workpiece from collision fixtures and damage, should keep it in smooth level and avoid a big amplitude swing when hoisting the workpiece.
4. When hoisting the workpiece, the sling must install accurately before removing it from the workpiece.
5. When disassembling the workpiece, the workpiece must lift by a sling steady before releasing.
6. To avoid the collision between fixtures and positioner, put down gently when the workpiece falls on the fixture and posiretioner.
7. Workpiece installation must follow the requirements of positioning, all fixture nuts and bolts must tighten, and pressures plate should press. A test check revolution should operate after the installation completion to confirm the installation before the formal operation.
8. To avoid the collision, confirm whether there are any other things in the range of rotation before operating.
9. To avoid mistaken action, the power switch should turn off and cut power after the workpiece moves to the suitable working position.
10. Pay attention to the work center when installing the workpiece，deviating from the center of gravity position is forbidden.
11. Operating overweight and overload is forbidden.
12. Use the climbing pedal when the workpiece needs climbing welding. And the climbing pedal must be placed safely and steadily before the climbing operation.
